What is an NPS Survey?

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey is a simple measurement tool designed to quickly collect your honest feedback in order to determine what we’re doing right, and uncover opportunities to improve the ways we earn your loyalty as an Agero Service Provider.

Because of this, these surveys are completely confidential – your answers are viewed only by a select group, and your name is not shared with Performance Managers or with the Network. We’re interested only in your honest thoughts and feelings. Your candid replies will help us to create more opportunities suited to your needs and to improve the systems we have in place.

In the coming weeks, our Service Providers will receive an email with full information about the NPS survey. Also, keep a look out for an email from your Performance Manager with more info.
