Agero Welcomes Swoop

We couldn't be more thrilled to announce that we've acquired Swoop, a digital dispatch and towing management platform based out of San Francisco. Swoop's made it their mission to understand your business and empower you to deliver exceptional customer experiences through best-in-class software. We're excited to join forces with the Swoop team to further support the growth of your business and the quality of service to your customers. So what does this mean?  Soon, you'll have the option to choose the Swoop platform directly in the same way that you can use Towbook, Beacon, or our other software partners. Your work with Agero will not be affected. Your Performance Manager, rate structure, area of coverage, and relationship with Agero will all remain the same.  If you are already a Swoop provider:  The Swoop team will remain independent and continue to be based out of their San Francisco headquarters. If you are already signed up with Swoop, and utilize their dispatching platform, you'll soon have access to an integrated billing process (similar to our other dispatch software partners). If you have questions about their platform, you will continue to go to them for support. In terms of payment, for jobs assigned by Agero or Swoop, the company that dispatches the job will be responsible for payment.
