Agero Spotlight - Jason Bettencourt – Performance Manager, TX


Agero blogger, Amy Abou-Zaki recently sat down with Performance Manager, Jason Bettencourt to ask him 10 questions about himself and his role within Agero, here is what he had to say:


How long have you worked at Agero?
I have worked at Agero for 3 months.

Explain your current job position and what you like best about your role:
I am a Performance Manager overseeing 6 states. My favorite part of the job is being able to develop relationships with the providers that I deal with on a daily basis.

Explain your most memorable event in your current role:
My most memorable event thus far would be attending the Tennessee Tow Show. Being able to talk face to face with providers taught me a lot about the position.

What is your favorite food?
Steak.

Do you have any special nicknames?
None that I know of, most people call me Jay.

Who is your favorite band or singer?
The Beatles.

Do you have any hobbies?
Sports, traveling, and reading.

What was your childhood dream job?
Growing up I always wanted to be a firefighter.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go?
I wouldn't mind seeing the view from the top of Mount Everest.

If you could meet any person, dead or alive, who would it be?
Paul McCartney, I am sure he would have some good stories to tell.
