"I want to say thank you on behalf of my husband, kids and myself. We were stranded on I-80 in 106 degree weather last week and called our insurance company for help with our blown out tire. My husband just had a triple bypass and was unable to repair the tire himself. Your worker was very sweet. She jumped out of her vehicle and asked us to pull over for our safety and proceeded to change our tire. She was so kind to my daughters and when I told her about my husband's health restrictions she said she was sure my husband will be fine. She told us she would keep us in her prayers and said to pull out slowly and stay at 55 miles per hour. She smiled and said no worries, it will get better and she waited till we left.
