Agero Best Practices - Itemized Receipts


Your company and employees are a vital link in delivering first class service. In some roadside situations a customer may not be fully covered for a specific service and as a result, they may incur an out of pocket expense. If a money exchange takes place between your company and a customer, please make sure that customer is provided with an itemized receipt showing proof of payment.

Providing a customer with a receipt is an important business practice to follow in general,as it is imperative to have proof of any money exchange. We ask that you ensure that all drivers carry receipts on them at all times.
